To add a receipt, tap the “+” icon and select the camera option to scan the receipt. This will create a digital copy, which will be accessible alongside the original under the Receipts tab.
Yes, you can. First, download the receipts to your phone or local PC, then upload them to Proceipt as a document from the documents tab.
To categorize your receipts, keep similar receipts in the same folder. Go to the Receipts page and click on “Create Receipts Folder.” Name your folder, add an optional description, and choose a preferred color. You can also assign folders to your team, contractors, or stakeholders, allowing them to send you their expense receipts in real-time. This approach helps you efficiently organize and manage receipts by category.
To generate expense reports, go to the Receipts page and click on “Export.” Choose your preferred export format, either CSV or ZIP. A document will be downloaded shortly after. The downloaded document contains a detailed expense report of all your receipts in your desired file format.
To edit a receipt, select the receipt and click on the options icon. From there, you can choose to view, edit, or delete the receipt.
